Verona Ann Evans, 54, a lifelong resident of Lee County, FL, passed away Thursday, July 22, 2021 in Fort Myers, FL. She was born September 2, 1966 in Fort Myers.
Verona was of the Pentecostal faith. She was an amazing mother, Vet tech and lover of all animals. Her greatest passions were taking care of her kids, grand babies and animals.
She is survived by her other half, Woody Williams of Fort Myers; children, Damon Evans of Fort Myers, Robert “Keith” Evans, of Lehigh Acres, FL, and Stephanie Evans (Zak Vickers) of Lehigh Acres; siblings, Lorrie Williams (Rance) of Lakeland, FL, Katherine Phillips (Dale) of Tampa, FL, Bubba Folsom (Kim) of Alva, FL, Becky Sellers (Chris) of Fort Myers, Eric Folsom (Mandy) of Lehigh Acres, Charlene “CJ” Folsom of Cape Coral, FL, and Joyce Folsom of Plant City, FL; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as grandchildren, Adrianna, Autumn, and Jordan.
Verona was preceded in death by her mother, Verona Folsom; father, Walton Folsom; as well as a sister, Tiffany Folsom.
Funeral Services will be held 12:00 PM Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Mullins Memorial, 3654 Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33916 with Pastor Joseph Hodges officiating. The family will be receiving friends for a time of visitation from 11:00 AM till time of service. Committal services to follow at Fort Myers City Cemetery, 3200 Michigan Ave, Fort Myers, FL 33916.
