Vonnie Isabel Blakley

Vonnie Isabel Blakley was born in the small town of Muscatine, Iowa on February 7, 1944 to Arthur Joseph Hahnbaum and Lavona Belle Wilson. She departed this life on December 21, 2024 at 80 years old.

Vonnie was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She moved to Florida in the 80s to indulge in the beach and warm weather. She enjoyed seafood, fishing, Joe Bonamassa, cajun music and living life to the fullest. Her smile and personality always lit up the room when she entered and she always had a kind word for everyone she met. She held God and her faith close to her throughout it her life, encouraging others to do the same. She loves to spend time with her family and grandchildren, laughing and taking small adventures to the beach and to get donuts at Bennetts. She was truly a light and joy to the world. She will be missed tremendously.

She is survived by two children, a daughter, Rachel Cron; a son, Kent Benedict. She also leaves 7 grandchildren, Taylor Algarin; Randall Blakley; Austin Blakley; Atlas Cron; Steven Langer; Sophie Langer; and Wilson Benedict. Great Grandchildren, Cyrus Colon; Kason Colon. She was preceded in death by her two children Greg Benedict; Nancy Blakley.
