Wesley Bruce Coyle, 42, a lifelong resident of Lee County, FL, passed away Thursday, August 24, 2023 in Cape Coral, FL. He was born May 9, 1981 in Fort Myers, FL.

Wes brought light to the lives of so many as a devoted son, brother, and friend. His compassionate nature touched hearts in North Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and around the country. Always willing to lend a helping hand, Wes's kindness knew no bounds, and his warm hugs provided solace to all fortunate enough to receive them. An ardent saltwater fisherman, he found serenity by the sea and embraced the beauty of marine life. Wes's love extended to animals of all kinds, exemplified by his unwavering compassion even for the tiniest creatures. He leaves behind a legacy of selflessness, kindness, and a profound connection to the natural world. Wes will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He is survived by his loving parents, Patricia and Bruce Coyle of North Fort Myers, FL; as well as sister, Tara Coyle of Cape Coral, FL and many other family members and friends. Wes was raised in the Lutheran faith.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at Broadway Community Church, 3309 Broadway, Fort Myers, FL 33901 with Pastor Chuck officiating.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Brooke's Restaurant, 4450 Hancock Bridge Pkwy, Fort Myers, FL 33903 after the service on September 9 at 12:30pm.
