Danny Jose Hernandez

Danny Jose Hernandez, 13, of Fort Myers, passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2022.  He was born November 23, 2009 in Fort Myers, Florida.

Danny a young boy who loved by family, friends and the people who surrounded him. A very handsome boy with many dreams. Danny was a smart seventh grader who enjoyed playing soccer and video games like any other young boy. He had a loving caring heart, was very energetic with a sense of humor that made many people laugh and his hugs were warm and loving. His dream was, one day becoming a famous soccer player. Only his memories will stay to never be forgotten. In loving memory of our son and all the special gifts in life, however great or small.  To have you as our son was the greatest gift of all. His special face and a special son we will Love You always and forever, we thank God for the 13 years we had you in our life! I know now you are in a better place in heaven. We hold you close within our hearts and there you will remain to walk and guide us through our lives until we meet again.  Love Mom & Dad.

He is survived by his loving mother, Desmeralda Pedro (Josias Ordonez) of Ft. Myers; loving father, Erik Hernandez (Christina Sliter) of Ft. Myers; four siblings Jose, Jaquelyn, Josiah and Samara; maternal grandmother Maria Francisco, of Florida; paternal grandmother, Berta Trujillo of Ft. Myers; four aunts, Angie, Brandy, Julie and Paloma as well as four uncles: Jimmy, Jesus, Juan and Alex.

Funeral Service will be held 10:30 AM, Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at Arca de Salvacion, 3629 Michigan Avenue, Ft. Myers, with Pastor Pedro Dominguez officiating.

Visitation will be held 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at Mullins Memorial, 3654 Palm Beach Boulevard, Ft. Myers.
