Delisa Michelle Roberts

Delisa Michelle Roberts, 58, a resident of Fort Myers, formerly of Indianapolis, IN, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2025 in Fort Myers.  She was born October 16, 1966 in Indianapolis, IN to Delmer Carter and Phyllis Malott, now deceased. 

Delisa was a member of the Temple Baptist Church in North Fort Myers.  She was well loved by family and friends. She had one of the kindest souls. Her laugh and smile were contagious. Everyone she met was always welcome with open arms and treated like family. She was everyone’s number one supporter. She always gave a shoulder to cry  on to everybody. She always had an answer for all of lifes problems. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her loving husband, Lewis Roberts of Fort Myers; three children, Christopher Chester (Brittany) of Blue Ridge, GA, Dustin Chester (Jessica) of North Fort Myers and James Tyler Chester (Alicia) of North Fort Myers; mother-in-law, Cheryl Middleton of Fort Myers; six siblings, Debbie Walker (Kevin) of Indianapolis, IN, Elizabeth Carter (Josh) of Gulf Shore, AL, Jena Aranjo (Rick) of Avon, IN, Mike Carter (Donna) of Plainfield, IN, Mac Hubbard (Debbie),  and Rick Hubbard (Trish); aunt, Vicki Porter of Fort Myers; as well as fourteen grandchildren, Bailey Pettit, Clayton Chester, Rylee Jackson, Beau Chester, Emalyn Chester, Caleb Chester (deceased), Brooklyn Gualtieri, Brentley Chester, Layne Chester, Gabrielle “Gabby” Chester, Ryder Blake, Peyton Blake, Waylon Chester and Remington Chester.

Funeral Services will be held at 5:00 PM on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at Mullins Memorial, 3654 Palm Beach Blvd, Ft. Myers, FL 33916 with the Family accepting friends for a time of visitation at 3:00 PM up until the time of service.
