Frank Gilbert Frazier, III

Frank Gilbert Frazier, III, 80, a resident of Alva, FL for the past ten years, formerly of Columbus, OH, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2023 in Fort Myers, FL. He was born February 6, 1943 in Columbus, OH to Frank Gilbert, Jr. and Rita Frazier, now deceased.

Frank was of the Catholic faith and a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Columbus, OH. He worked for Kroger’s in Columbus, OH, and was a salesman for the Paul Bailey Co. and the Airwick Co., Columbus, OH; Guardsman Chemicals, Grand Rapids, MI; and Sherwin Williams, Cleveland, OH/San Diego, CA/Columbia, TN. He was a devoted husband and loving father who enjoyed traveling, camping, automobiles, cigars, and the Ohio State Buckeyes. He will be greatly missed by his family and many, many friends.  

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Connie Frazier of Alva, FL; two loving children, Frank Gilbert Frazier, IV (Karla) of Stafford, VA, and Denise (William, deceased) Hale (Tony Sharpe) of Tontitown, AR; siblings, Don Frazier, deceased, (Sandy), Yuma, AZ, Rita (Mike, deceased) Marsh, Galloway, OH, John (Mary) Frazier, Johnstown, OH, Brenda (Joe) Colliflower, both deceased, Centerburg, OH, Cindy (Dennis) Murnan, Croton, OH, Gary Frazier, deceased, Columbus, OH, Rick Frazier, deceased, (Janice), Grove City, OH, and Patty (Marvin) Detty, Grove City, OH; four grandchildren, Brittany (Jason) Yeary, Lexington, KY, Ryan (Paige) Gearheart, Tontitown, AR, Ashley Frazier (Glenn Palmer), Welcome, MD, and Alexandria Frazier, Stafford, VA; as well as eight great grandchildren, Clara, Emme, Peyton, Taylor, Christopher, Isabella, Elijah, and Dawson. Grandparents Frank Gilbert, Sr. and Anna Frazier of Georgesville, OH, deceased, and George and Marie Cahill, Columbus, OH, also deceased.

Family services were held at a private setting.
