Gisela Patrizia Doss

Gisela Patrizia Doss, 68, a resident of Fort Myers for over 50 years, formerly of Germany, passed away Wednesday July 10, 2024, in Fort Myers.  She was born June 3, 1956, in Neu-Ulm, Germany to Manfred and Christa Kerner, now deceased. 

She spent 35 years working alongside her husband in the family business at Williams Hardware, where she enjoyed taking care of her customers, community, business neighbors and friends. She will be remembered for her compassion for animals and love and devotion for her family.

She is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Charles L. Doss, Jr. of Ft. Myers; four loving children, Jennifer Pfister (Marc), Charlene Blum (Steven), Charlie Doss, III and Amber Ballantine (Brad) all of Ft. Myers, FL; one sister, Gabriele Schmid (Stephen) of Germany; two brothers, Thomas Kerner ( Christina ) of Ft. Myers and Markus Kerner of Germany; seven grandchildren, Riley, Ragan, Tyler (Katie), Stephanie, Trinity, Owen and Aubrey; two great grandchildren, Arya and Norah. Her Aunt Anita Edwards (d. Larry), cousins Jimbo (Tracy), Mark (Theresa), and Christina, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, August 3, 2024, at Mullins Memorial, 3654 Palm Beach Blvd, Ft. Myers, FL 33916 with Pastor Dale Williams officiating.
