John Joseph Cabornero, Jr.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of John Cabornero, 56, of Cape Coral, Florida, originally from Westchester, New York. He passed away on July 3, 2025, in Fort Myers, Florida. John was born on December 26, 1968, in Yonkers, New York, to John and Carolyn Cabornero, both now deceased.

Jay, as he was known to family and friends, was Catholic in faith. He most enjoyed spending time with his family and his beloved dog, Duke. His humor and kindness will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his sister, Rosemarie Sibrizzi of Wappingers Falls, NY, and his brother, Eugene Cabornero (Isabel) of Vero Beach, FL; four nieces: Danielle, Francesca, Camila, and Gianna; grandnephews, Jadiel and Azrael; and grandniece, Arielle.
